After 10 years of numerous bookings I will never use this 3rd Party again.Our oceanfront hotels in Cambria are situated along Moonstone Beach Drive, across from Moonstone Beach and Moonstone Beach Boardwalk. We should have stayed at the Best Western down the road after being double charged totalling $330US or $480CDN for this dive for 1 nite. Ohhh, and don’t pay extra for a view bc this motel isn’t even on the Water. We quickly got up at 6am due to a lack of sleep to get out of this place. You can see from the pictures this place is a dive with mold, dust, stains, duck tape and dirty beds. I did this right in front of the Fireside Inn Manager in seconds and found out yesterday that will not honor their written promise on my Refund bc of their problem with their suppler Fireside Inn. We called Mary at customer service and she said there were technical difficulties and just Cancel the room online with Motels,com and she would give me a $165.44 credit and then rebook. After a 4 hour drive from San Fran we checked in with the Manager and he said we didn’t prepay so I showed him my receipt and he still refused to give me a room.
